As a full-time individual and family therapist, you will guide children and families in learning concrete strategies to build relationships, manage symptoms, improve communication, reduce problem behaviors, and connect with meaningful positive activities and people. You will receive training in evidence-based interventions along with a high level of supervision and support. You will work closely with team members to intervene on a family systems level, a supportive approach that engages caregivers as the primary agent of change in their child’s life.
We are a team of skilled therapists, clinical interns, mentors, skills trainers, and administrative staff who are also hikers, dog lovers, kayakers, DIY fanatics, travelers, bikers, photographers, and musicians. - Starting Salary: $54,400-56,000/year range depending on education, experience, and/or other pay differentials. Eligible for performance-based increase up to 3% at 6-month review.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major study in social work/behavioral science or a closely allied field and one year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults.
- Must meet eligibility requirements to become a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Experience treating families, children, and adolescents; and comfort providing services in the community, client homes or school settings.
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work as part of a treatment team and promote a positive work environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience implementing evidence-based or protocol-driven treatment.
- Experience with a behavioral approach to treating youth and families.
- Experience maintaining organized systems and thorough documentation.
Job Duties:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients, comprised of both youth and caregivers, and intervening using evidenced-based treatment models, in person and via a secure telehealth platform.
- Driving for community-based sessions or meetings, including in-home sessions as needed.
- Providing case management and care coordination to support therapy goals.
- Utilizing validated assessment tools to measure progress on treatment objectives and regularly updates service documentation to show progress.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, county and other regulations, record-keeping and case documentation.
