What follows is information about our program and expectations around scheduling, medication refills, and appointment attendance.

Cancellations/Attendance /No-shows:
If you are running late for an appointment, please call 541-743-4340 and Dial “O” to reach the OCP receptionist.

The appointment will need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than ten minutes late. Late arrivals & cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a no-show. Three no-shows/late cancellations could cause discontinuation from Oregon Community Programs Medication Management Program.

Appointment Scheduling:
OCP will call to schedule a follow up appointment according to the psychiatrist’s return to clinic date. Please adhere to this date by working with our scheduler to create and confirm the appointment.

Medications and Medication Refills:
For medication refills please call 541-246-2392 or email Psychiatryassistant@oregoncp.org. Please call for a refill when you have AT LEAST seven days worth of medication to ensure there is no lapse in medication dosages.

Parent/Guardian Participation:
A parent or guardian must attend every appointment. If you are unable to attend with your youth, please call 541-246-2392 to reschedule.
