Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) is a treatment intervention tailored to meet the individual needs of children and families with complex behavioral health needs. Aimed at breaking the cycle of disadvantage, IIBHT at OCP provides a strength-based relational approach grounded in social learning and behavior modification principles. We change the negative trajectory of behavior that interferes with positive relationships, stable placement, and engagement with education, peers, and the community. IIBHT at OCP offers a combination of services from early childhood through 20 years of age, as well as their families, in a variety of settings including families of origin, kinship, or foster care, treatment foster care, etc.
The IIBHT Assistant Program Manager (APM) is a new position responsible for supervising a small team of IIBHT clinicians, including master’s-level individual and family therapists, skills trainers, and peer support specialists.
